Clayton Lillienfeldt

Clayton LilienfeldtClayton Lillienfeldt has worked with Morehouse College – The Leadership Center in Atlanta, Georgia for over 9 years in various capacities, including training and facilitation, curriculum development, organizational development, program design, facilitation and supporting the work of Morehouse College in South Africa. Clayton has worked for UNICEF in different capacities and his longest period with UNICEF was in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 1994 Clayton worked for the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry – The Working for Water Programme, dealing with water resources, poverty, sustainable livelihoods, transformation, and diversity and employment equity.
In South Africa, currently, he is an Executive Director: New Business Development for Zimeni International that does work throughout South Africa and 9 African countries focusing on structural finance addressing agriculture projects with food security, infrastructure development and renewable energy. Clayton worked with Sonke Gender Justice in curriculum development with young men and HIV/AIDS; he is an activist working & fighting the HIV/AIDS pandemic in South Africa and where his work takes him globally.
Clayton has worked and lived in South Africa, Germany, Brazil, Ghana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Austria, Kenya, Japan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Congo Brazzaville, Morocco Rwanda, Burundi, Bangladesh and the USA.
