Monene Mamabolo

Monene Mamabolo has a vast knowledge in Rural Community and International development Organisations. For the Past 13 years Monene worked in the CSOs sector. Her participation and task entails basic community development to complex programme management role. In the past 8 years she has been involved in the field of HIV and AIDS programming where she had the opportunity to develop internal organisational policies and to an extend she influenced Government policies and systems on HIV and Aids. The last organisations she worked for are Choice Trust and CARE South Africa/Lesotho. She had the opportunity to manage the following programmes, HIV and AIDS and gender mainstreaming in the water sector, strengthening the capacity of CSOs, advocacy and training programmes on human rights and Community based management programmes. Monene studied Social and Political Science and Organisational Development.
