Yvette Geyer

Yvette Geyer works in the executive office of the Institute for Democracy in South Africa (IDASA), in Pretoria. She is responsible for strategic support at a fundraising and programmatic level in the fields of community and citizen empowerment, safety and security and economic governance. She has also worked in conflict resolution and peacebuilding, anti-racism, youth development, local government and education transformation. She has international experience in countries such as Canada, Kenya, Liberia and Bangladesh.
